OYSTER SHELL SCULPTURE
It was a lightbulb 💡 moment one evening in the kitchen for me !
I normally just wash the shells and throw away , but that night I decided to keep them , and so born this new creation !
There is a mix of Sydney Rock , and North Coast plus I bought some massive ones from Costis at Castle Hill .
Shells have been cleaned and dried and stung on 1.08 metre grey suede cord – I’ve also added in a few African Clay Beads to the mix .
This piece can be hung – but does look beautiful as a lay on an old vintage bowl or table .
